Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly after purchase, all sales are generally final.
1. Digital Products
Once a digital product (ebook or software download) has been purchased and accessed, we cannot offer refunds.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Duplicate purchase
- Technical issue preventing access to the file that cannot be resolved
- Unauthorized transaction (with proof)

4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days.
